Its dual-action mechanism and posterior hip pad help guide the body through the exercise, while the ergonomic seat provides appropriate positioning without the need for seat adjustments. The integrated PHYSIOCORE feature, positioned between the roller pads, allows users to activate the lateral core muscles for additional abdominal training variety. Selectorised resistance supports progressive strength development, while the Unity Mini screen provides visual exercise guidance and real-time training feedback.
