How can I order?
Ordering quality used fitness equipment from uzed.com couldn’t be easier, either order online, through our sales team on sell@uzed.com or 01908 033300, or browse our extensive product catalogue on our eBay storefront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank transfer, Credit / Debit card or PayPal
What is the warranty period?
All products come with 30 days parts only warranty as standard. Warranties are upgradeable to 12 months on most items. For more information on warranty upgrades, please visit our webstore or contact our sales team.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most deliveries are dispatched within 10 days of purchase, however this is not guaranteed. Once your order is processed, a member of the sales team will be in contact to agree & confirm date of delivery.
How will my delivery take place?
Deliveries will either be made through our nominated courier service or by our specialist inhouse delivery team.
What does your installation service include?
If you choose to opt for our professional installation service, once we have agreed an installation date with you, our team of experienced engineers will deliver your goods and install in your desired location.
If required beforehand for an easier delivery and installation, we will dismantle the goods before they leave our warehouse and our team will build and install at your desired location.
