Return Policy
At Uzed.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our return process is straight forward.
Your Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at sell@uzed.com within this 14 day period.
- After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item(s).
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in the original condition, and returned with any accessories delivered with the item(s).
Return Process
- Contact us at sell@uzed.com with your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return reference number.
- If the item requires collection we will arrange a courier or pallet pickup – the cost of this will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error by Uzed.com.
Return Shipping
- If you are returning your order for reasons other than a fault or error by Uzed.com, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for for the return shipping cost and any applicable collection fees.
- If the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part, Uzed.com will cover the return costs an refund the original delivery charge.
- We recommend using insured, trackable shipping to avoid loss or damage in transit.
Refunds
- For ‘change of mind’ returns, we will refund the purchase price excluding the shipping cost and any collection fee’s, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- If the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part, we will refund the full purchase price including the delivery cost.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- If the item is returned, damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount to cover the diminished value.
International Returns
We accept returns from customers outside of the UK. If your item develops a fault, we will first attempt to arrange a repair. If a repair is not possible, we can accept a return of the item.
Please note that for international returns, the original delivery cost and any return collection costs may be chargeable to the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item(s) arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect please notify us within 5 working days of the delivery with photo’s of the issue.
We will initially arrange a free callout for repair. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or, if that is not suitable, a full refund including the original delivery cost.
