Our Refurbishment process
1. Inspection and performance testing
We assess the equipment’s condition and test its key functions, checking for unusual noises, wear and faults. Where applicable, we test controls, displays and sensors, and check calibration for accurate readings.
2. Servicing and repairs
We service moving parts, lubricate components where required and make adjustments to support smooth operation. Worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced as needed, including bearings, belts, cables, controls and upholstery.
3. Thorough cleaning
We dismantle the equipment as needed to reach internal components and areas where dust and dirt can build up. We then thoroughly clean the exterior, including frames, handles, seats and other contact surfaces.
4. Cosmetic refurbishment
We address visible wear where needed, replacing damaged covers and trims and repairing or replacing worn upholstery. Equipment with deep scratches, surface rust or heavy signs of use receives paint touch-ups or respraying, depending on its condition.
5. Reassembly and final testing
Once refurbishment is complete, we reassemble the equipment and test its operation. Checking that parts move smoothly and any issues identified during inspection have been resolved.
